The Origin
For the past five years, my work has been devoted to holding space for inner transformation. THE ELF was born from a deep desire to create a sanctuary for others — a place where people feel safe enough to meet themselves, and supported enough to move through what is real.
My Nature
At my core, I am a natural guide and initiator: passionate, intuitive, deeply empathic, and devoted to truth. I sense what is unspoken, see beneath the surface, and hold space with warmth, clarity, and unwavering presence.

Much of what I offer was shaped through my own self-guided solo retreats — entering stillness to the deepest, walking through inner worlds in silence, and meditating with my own plant medicine. One of the main focuses of my path — and of the work I hold for others — is to move beyond the ego and to enter shadow work with honesty, courage, and devotion.
